Cross-border access and service principles.

VPNKJ is a subscription-based network acceleration service for everyday cross-border access. It’s suited to browsing international websites, using AI tools and streaming. The service offers 90+ countries / 230+ routes, supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, and allows unlimited simultaneous devices. A network connection is only one part of access; account eligibility, regional rules and content licensing on the target platform must be checked separately.

Monthly plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB. Data packages are also available and do not expire, so you can use the data at your own pace. Plan prices and data terms are listed on the plans page for review before choosing. Coverage does not guarantee seamless access in every situation.

Route Selection and Troubleshooting

Choose a route based on the service you want to access and your current network conditions. Consider the region, route type and actual connection performance rather than distance alone. If you have connection issues, first check that your subscription is active and your client has an up-to-date route list. Then determine whether the issue is with your local network, the route connection or the target platform. When submitting a support ticket, include your device platform, selected region and error message to help narrow down the cause. Do not include your password or full subscription link.

VPNKJ offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. For questions about using the service, check the Help Center first. If you need further assistance, submit a support ticket through the user panel.

Privacy and Data Minimization

VPNKJ follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Information is collected only as needed to manage accounts and subscriptions and provide customer support. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Military-grade encryption helps protect your connection, but does not replace the privacy policies of websites you visit or the security settings on your devices. See the Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled. The Terms of Service govern service use and refunds.
