Services and Scope

VPNKJ provides international routes and network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 90+ countries and 230+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscription details are available through the user panel. The routes currently available are those shown there.

The service provides network connectivity only. It does not include accounts or paid benefits for third-party websites, AI tools, or streaming platforms. Third parties set their own regional policies, content availability, and account eligibility. A successful connection does not guarantee access to any third-party service.

Accounts and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your password and subscription link secure. A subscription link is an account access credential and should not be posted publicly or shared with others. If credentials are exposed or you notice unusual connections, change your password, reset your subscription, and submit a support ticket promptly.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected simultaneously. This applies to the account holder’s own devices or devices they are authorized to use. It does not permit sharing accounts with others, reselling subscriptions, or providing a public proxy. Users are responsible for activity under their accounts.

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated against the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and do not expire. Check the plan type before choosing; monthly subscriptions and data packages have different usage rules.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any regions involved in their use of the service, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including fraud, violating others’ rights, distributing illegal content, malicious attacks, unauthorized system access, or data theft.

Do not affect other users by engaging in bulk abuse, maliciously consuming network resources, or disrupting route operations. The unlimited device allowance is a device-use rule, not permission to disrupt the service. VPNKJ may investigate suspected violations and take measures proportionate to the risk.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

Connection quality depends on the local network, device settings, international links, route maintenance, and third-party platform policies. VPNKJ does not guarantee uninterrupted connections in every environment or continuous access to specific websites or content. If you encounter a problem, check your subscription status and client settings first, then submit the relevant details in a support ticket.

Maintenance, network issues, or changes to third-party services may cause temporary interruptions. Important changes will be announced in the user panel. Issues caused by third-party platform rules, user devices, or local networks will be handled according to their circumstances. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Payments and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. To apply, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket stating that you want a refund and identifying the relevant order so the payment can be verified. No proof of a service issue is required for a refund request made within this period. Do not include your password or full subscription link in a ticket.

Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The refund method depends on communication through the support ticket and the payment channel’s capabilities. No unconfirmed processing or arrival time is guaranteed. Requests made after the period above may be submitted through a ticket and will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances, without affecting any rights users have under the law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

VPNKJ may restrict connections, suspend accounts, or terminate service for unlawful use, reselling or sharing subscriptions, malicious disruption, or other serious violations of these terms. The reason should be explained and an appeal channel provided; necessary measures may be taken first in cases of urgent risk. Account actions do not automatically cancel users’ legal rights to refunds or appeals.

Updates to these terms will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated month. Important changes to subscription benefits will be announced in the user panel. Updates will not arbitrarily reduce existing benefits for paid orders. If you have questions about these terms or an action taken, use the user panel support ticket.
